  1. ALL GOODS SENT TO OUR INTERNATIONAL WAREHOUSE MUST BEAR RECIVER’S NAME AND PHONE NUMBER.
  2. THE RECEIVER’S PHONE NUMBER MUST BE SAME AS THE PHONE NUMBER USED IN REGISTERING ON OUR WEBSITE.
  3. ALL WAYBILL NUMBER(S) OR RECEIPT NUMBER(S) MUST BE SENT TO OUR CHINA OFFICE LINE TO ENABLE US GIVE YOU PROPER INFORMATION.
  4. ALL GOODS MUST BE REGISTERED ON OUR WEBSITE TO ENABLE US GIVE NECESSARY UPDATE ON DAILY RECEIVED GOODS AND ENABLE US PROCESS YOUR ORDER.
  5. ALL DELIVERY; SEA SHIPPING, AIR CARGO, EXPRESS CARGO, EXPRESS SHIPPING ARE TO BE MONITORED ON OUR WEBSITE (www.hugoglobalexpress.com). IF ANY OF YOUR GOODS IS NOT RECEIVED WITHIN 72 HOURS, KINDLY CONTACT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
  6. ANY GOODS WITHOUT NAME AND RECEIVER’S PHONE NUMBER WILL BE REJECTED.
  7. ALL PACKAGES HAVE TRACKING NUMBER AND ORDER NUMBER THAT WILL ENABLE YOU MONITOR YOUR PACKAGE.
  8. ALL PACKAGES/GOODS ARE RECOMFIRMED ON ARIVAL BY OUR LOCAL SERVICE POINTS. IF THERE IS ANY CHANGES YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED.
  9. ALL PACKAGES ARE TO BE RECOMFIRMED IN OUR SERVICE POINT OR IN THE PRESENCE OF OUR DELIVERY PERSONNEL. IF THERE IS ANY DAMAGE OR LOSS OF CONTACT, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE UNIT WILL IMMEDIATELY INFORM THE DELIVERY PERSONNEL. ALL COMPLAINTS MUST BE COMFIRMED AND OBSERVED IN THE PRESENCE OF OUR STAFF. ANYTHING CONTRARY TO THIS SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTTED.
  10. ALL GOODS ARE TO BE PICKED BY RECEIVER WITHIN 14 DAYS OF ARRIVAL NOTICE, AFTER 14 DAYS, GOODS SHALL START ATTRACTING DEMURRAGE.
  11. COST OF FREIGHT, CUSTOM DUTIES AND OTHER CHARGES SHALL BE PAID BY CUSTOMER WITHIN 14 DAYS OF ARRIVAL.
  12. FOR GOODS SEIZED OR MISSING ON TRANSIT, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR SUCH LOSS DUE TO THE RISKY NATURE OF THIS JOB. INCASE OF ANY DAMAGE OR LOSS, WE WILL REFUND ONLY 30% OF THE ACTUAL COST OF PACKAGE/GOODS.
  13. CUSTOMER MUST PROVIDE FULL DETAILS OF SUPPLIERS AND PAYMENT DETAILS, SUCH AS: INVOICE, PAYMENT RECIEPT, PHONE NUMBER, ADDRESS, WAYBILL NUMBER (FOR ONLINE ORDER).
  14. GOODS MORE THAN 3 MONTHS IN OUR WAREHOUSE ARE SUBJECT TO AUCTION WITHOUT NOTIFICATION FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.
  15. FRAGILE ITEMS AND COPY GOODS (BRANDED GOODS WITHOUT ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE OR LICENCE) ARE AT OWNER’S RISK.
  16. THE MANAGEMENT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR GOODS TAKEN FOR SAMPLE BY CUSTOM OR ANY GOVERNMENT AGENCY.
  17. THE MANAGEMENT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SEIZED GOODS BY THE CUSTOMS OR ANY GOVERNMENT AGENCY.
  18. ALL GOODS ARE RECOMFIRMED ON ARRIVAL. COMFIRMATION LIKE; NUMBER OF PACKAGE, WEIGHT, VOLUME. IF THERE IS ANY CHANGES IN THE DETAILS OF YOUR PACKAGE YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED.

DOMESTIC DELIVERY


  1. ALL ORDER MUST BE TAKEN DIRECTLY ON OUR WEBSITE (www.hugoglobalexpress.com) OR ON OUR MOBILE APP. ANY ORDER OUTSIDE OUR WEBSITE OR MOBILE APP IS AT OWNER’S RISK. ANY STAFF OR CUSTOMER INVOLVE WILL FACE THE LAW.
  2. SENDER MUST HAVE A MEANS OF IDENTIFICATION AND A REGISTERED PHONE NUMBER.
  3. ALL ORDER MUST HAVE RECEIVER’S FULL INFORMATION, WHICH INCLUDE; NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER.
  4. RECIEVER MUST HAVE SAME PHONE NUMBER ON PACKAGE WITH HIM/HER OR PRESENT A MEANS OF IDENTIFICATION TO OUR DELIVERY PERSONNEL. ACCEPTED MEANS OF IDENTIFICATION; DRIVER’S LICENCE, VOTERS CARD AND INTERNATIONAL PASSPORT.
  5. ALL PACKAGE/GOODS MUST BE DELIVERED TO INITIAL ADDRESS UPDATED ON OUR WEBSITE. ANY CHANGE IN ADDRESS MUST BE THROUGH OUR WEBSITE AND MIGHT ATTRACT EXTRA CHARGES DEPENDING ON THE LOCATION.
  6. PACKAGES CAN BE DROPPED AT OUR SERVICE POINTS, RECEIVER’S DOOR POST OR ANY DELIVERY POINT WITHIN THE DELIVERY ADDRESS/LOCATION AS REQUESTED BY RECEIVER. THIS WILL ALSO REQUIRE COMFIRMATION BY OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE UNIT.
  7. GOODS MORE THAN 3 MONTHS IN OUR WAREHOUSE ARE SUBJECT TO AUCTION WITHOUT NOTIFICATION (FOR GOODS THAT ARE MEANT FOR “PAY ON DELIVERY”).
  8. GOODS MORE THAN 6 MONTHS WITHOUT BEEN PICKED BY RECEIVER ARE SUBJECT TO AUCTION WITHOUT NOTIFICATION (FOR GOODS THAT SENDER “PAID BEFORE DELIVERY”).
